Position Summary

The Associate – TMS Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of CargoFL's Transport Management System (TMS), Inventory Management, and Packing Material Management modules. The role involves coordinating transportation operations, monitoring inventory, supporting system users, maintaining master data, ensuring compliance, and working closely with internal teams and transport partners to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a process-driven mindset, and experience in logistics operations, ERP systems, and transportation management.

Key Responsibilities Transport Management

- Monitor day-to-day operations of the Transport Management System (TMS).
- Ensure transporter APIs (Tracking API, POD API) function accurately.
- Monitor automated transporter allocation logic.
- Update transporter rate cards as per contractual agreements.
- Coordinate onboarding of new transporters.
- Modify transporter assignments and generate/cancel LRs as required.
- Resolve transporter-related issues such as:
- Incorrect consignee address
- Pincode mismatches
- LR generation issues
- Transit TAT discrepancies

- Ensure security gate Time-In and Time-Out data is accurately recorded.
- Validate POD availability for every transporter invoice.
- Monitor transport performance against SLA/TAT commitments.

Inventory Management

- Monitor inventory transactions across all operational locations.
- Ensure Delivery Notes (DN) are cancelled as per SAP/LEA updates.




- Validate transporter LR details within Invoice Bridge and Returns Module.
- Create Return IDs for defective stock and stock transfers.
- Maintain Product Master with updated SAP pricing.
- Add new products received from SAP.
- Ensure Packaging Inventory Management Module implementation before new site go-live.
- Verify invoice and e-way bill compliance through CargoFL.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels.

Packing Material Management

- Monitor packing material inventory levels.
- Notify stakeholders regarding inventory shortages.
- Verify indent quantities issued to warehouse teams.
- Ensure Packing Material Module implementation before new site activation.
- Support inventory planning for packing materials across locations.

User Support & System Administration

- Create and deactivate user accounts.
- Manage password resets and Welcome Kit distribution.
- Provide end-user support for packing list uploads.
- Conduct refresher training sessions for PAN India store teams.
- Coordinate TMS downtime communication.
- Coordinate ClearTax downtime communication.
- Ensure appropriate user access rights.
- Support issue resolution with CargoFL technical teams.
- Participate in weekly review meetings with development teams.
- Prepare and update SOPs based on current business processes.

System Improvements & Projects

- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate enhancement projects with stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate implementation with service providers.
- Support system upgrades aligned with business needs.
- Monitor implementation timelines for new features and modules.

Data Management & Reporting

- Generate operational reports and dashboards.
- Provide data-driven insights for forward and reverse logistics.
- Monitor KPI performance.
- Maintain accurate master data.
- Correct data inconsistencies within TMS.




- Update pincode master and operational databases.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in:

Experience
