Key Responsibilities Prepare and process Running Account RA Bills and Final Bills Verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on site measurements Check quantities as per BOQ drawings and work orders Prepare client bills and ensure timely submission Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers QS and Accounts Department Maintain billing records payment schedules and documentation Monitor work progress for accurate billing and certification Prepare quantity reconciliation and material reconciliation reports Track variations extra items and change orders Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring Ensure compliance with contract terms and billing procedures Prepare MIS reports related to billing payments and project status Resolve billingrelated discrepancies with vendors and clients Support project audits and maintain proper billing documentation Required Qualifications B Tech B E in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering 26 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in the Real Estate or Construction industry Experience in residential commercial or highrise building projects preferred Required Skills RA Billing Final Billing Client Billing Contractor Billing BOQ Verification Quantity Surveying Rate Analysis Measurement Sheet Preparation Quantity Reconciliation Material Reconciliation Work Order Verification Cost Estimation Billing Documentation Contract Management MIS Reporting Budget Monitoring Variation Extra Item Billing Site Coordination Payment Certification If you are interested pleas share me your cv by WhatsApp hidden mobile
