About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Project Sales Business Development professional to lead business development and growth initiatives across industrial sectors including edible oil refineries ethanol plants water and wastewater treatment biodiesel and process equipment This seniorlevel role offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic direction drive sales performance and engage in highlevel client and project interactions Key Responsibilities Business Development Strategy Lead national and international business expansion identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth through creative gotomarket strategies Tendering Proposals Manage the entire tender lifecycle including pricing cost estimation and bid submissions Drive technocommercial discussions to secure largescale project orders P L Commercials Take full ownership of business profitability pricing strategy and costeffective execution Client Market Engagement Build strong client relationships lead negotiations and close strategic deals Continuously monitor market trends and competition Technical Solutions Collaborate with technical teams to deliver valuedriven commercially viable project solutions across ethanol plants wastewater treatment edible oil refineries and more Team Leadership Guide crossfunctional teams to meet business objectives and deliver successful outcomes Communication and Presentation Skills This position involves being and representing the company in Sales Marketing The candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills Travel Requirements Considering business exigencies and requirements the need for travel across PAN India or overseas as needed shall exist Preferred Background Proven track record in largescale project sales across industrial sectors ethanol water treatment process equipment process industry fabrication etc Strong exposure to international markets and technocommercial dealmaking Excellent communication leadership and negotiation skills
