Job Description
We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

12th Pass or Any Degree
Experience in construction/site supervision is an advantage

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and monitor work progress
Handle and coordinate site labor/workforce
Maintain site records and documentation
Ensure work is carried out as per project requirements and safety standards
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Prepare and submit daily site reports
Skills Required:

Valuable communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of site documentation and reporting
Ability to manage labor and site operations efficiently
Hindi speaking preferred
Basic knowledge of civil construction activities
Experience: Freshers / Experienced Candidates Can Apply
