Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior QAD Developer to translate business requirements into productive technical solutions using standard QAD functionality and, where necessary, non-intrusive custom development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE), development, integrations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, customize, and maintain QAD functionality using standard QAD solutions or justified custom developments.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using non-intrusive programming techniques.
- Collaborate closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Mentor, guide, and train junior developers.
- Support business process improvements and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation and quality standards for all project deliverables.
- Participate in integration projects and technical solution design.
- Work independently while managing multiple assignments in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills & Experience





- 8–10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 8 years of hands-on QAD development.
- Strong experience with QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE).
- Hands-on experience with ICT (non-intrusive programming).
- Experience with QRF, EDI, QXtend, Excelerator, Maintenance, Inquiry, and Browse.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Finance modules.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading, mentoring, and guiding development teams.
- Experience with QAD configuration and system setup.
- Exposure to enterprise integration projects.
- Basic knowledge of Progress OpenEdge programming.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Healthcare or Supply Chain domain.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership and a 'can-do' attitude.
