In this role, you will provide consistent, high-quality tax service to ADP clients. In addition to tax deposits and filing, you will serve as ADPs front-line for solving clients challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, and more. Depending on your specific team or role, you will be providing support using phone, email, or chat-based communication. Dont worry if you have no prior tax experience; well train you to set you up for success!
