WHAT YOU’LL DO

As our Social Media Executive, you’ll be the heartbeat of our social channels — bringing energy, creativity, and precision to every post:

- Edit short-form videos using mobile apps like CapCut, InShot, or similar — with a keen eye for pacing, music, and visual impact.
- Create high-performing Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts that stop the scroll and spark engagement.
- Elevate videos with crisp captions, smooth transitions, trending music, and eye-catching visual effects.
- Plan and schedule content to keep our publishing rhythm consistent and strategic.
- ✍️ Write witty, transparent,



and compelling captions and social copy that speaks to our global audience.
- Dive into trending AI news, tools, and platform updates — and turn them into viral-ready concepts.
- Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and more) to supercharge ideation, scripting, and optimization.
- Collaborate daily with the content team to bring bold ideas to life — and make feedback part of your creative process.
- Track performance, share insights, and help refine our strategy based on what resonates most.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field — or equivalent experience. (Yes, fresh graduates, we see you! )
- Portfolio Power: Show us what you can do! A strong portfolio of edited videos, social campaigns, or creative projects matters more than years of experience.
- Technical Flexibility:
- ✅ Expertise in mobile video editing (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.)
- ✅ Deep familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — especially their short-form formats
- ✅ Comfort with Canva or other design tools to create on-the-go visuals
- ✅ Curiosity (and confidence!) in using AI tools for brainstorming, scripting, and optimization

- Communication: Flawless English writing and speaking — basic Malayalam is a bonus, but not required.
