We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Spinning Operators to join our manufacturing team. As a Spinning Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring spinning machines to produce high-quality yarn or fibers.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain spinning machinery.
- Monitor the spinning process to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or production issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects.
- Keep accurate production records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production workplace.
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
