HR Intern

Job Summary:

Stemple is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our talent acquisition and people operations efforts. This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced LegalTech SaaS startup, working closely with the founding team to build our engineering and product talent. You will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process for critical roles, as well as contributing to employer branding, onboarding, and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and manage the end-to-end hiring process for engineering, AI/ML, crypto, design, and QA roles.
- Draft compelling job descriptions, manage postings on platforms like LinkedIn and Internshala, and contribute to building Stemple's early employer brand.
- Design and implement onboarding workflows, and maintain essential HR documentation such as offer letters, NDAs, and policy documents.
- Contribute to shaping team culture, async-first communication norms, and engagement practices for a fully remote team.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (DPDP Act) in handling employee records and maintain strict confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate logistics for pilot law firm interactions, including scheduling, follow-ups, and structured feedback collection.





Qualifications:

- Skills: Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Linear, and Google Workspace; strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and candidate pipelines.
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Attributes: Genuine curiosity about LegalTech, early-stage startups, and zero-to-one building; proactive and eager to learn; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
