Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prospect and generate current leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management





QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in [industry]
