Senior Executive Assistant Manager Taxation Location Guindy Chennai Department Finance APAC Reporting To Manager Taxation General Shift 9AM to 6PM 5 Days working About the Role We are looking for a qualified CA professional with strong expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation to join our Finance team The role will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance managing assessments and audits supporting transfer pricing requirements and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective tax operations Key Responsibilities Manage Direct and Indirect Tax compliance including Income Tax and GST Handle TDS payments TDS return filings Advance Tax computations and Income Tax Return coordination Support tax assessments notices audits Tax Statutory and litigation matters in coordination with external consultants Prepare and file GST returns GST annual returns and support GST assessments Assist with Transfer Pricing compliance including Form 3CEB TP Study and Master File requirements Review and post taxrelated accounting entries while supporting financial compliance activities Collaborate with auditors consultants tax authorities and crossfunctional teams to ensure timely and accurate compliance Qualifications Experience Chartered Accountant CA qualification is mandatory 2 years of relevant experience in taxation and compliance Robust knowledge of Income Tax GST TDS Advance Tax and Transfer Pricing Excellent analytical problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and SLAs Preferred Qualifications Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems Exposure to Shared Services Global Business Services or multinational organizations Experience in tax process automation standardization and continuous improvement initiatives Ability to prepare management reports and present tax matters to stakeholders
