Experience: 1 – 3 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:

✅ 1-3 years of experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development
✅ Proven experience in handling International Markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.)
✅ Strong expertise in LinkedIn Outbound Lead Generation and prospecting
✅ Experience in identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into business opportunities
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and client interaction skills
✅ Must have worked with IT Services companies only
✅ Good understanding of software development services, web/mobile technologies, and digital solutions




✅ Candidate should have a stable career history (No frequent job changes)

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn and other outbound channels
• Identify and engage potential clients in international markets
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
