Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Financial & Accounts Analyst to oversee financial analysis, accounting operations, compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in handling end-to-end finance and accounts functions within the real estate or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations of the organization.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking activities.
- Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability tracking for projects.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and ledger reviews.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, financial institutions, and government authorities.
- Support leadership with strategic financial insights and business planning.




- Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls and processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Mentor and guide junior finance and accounts team members.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and business analysis.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven workplace.

Eligibility Criteria

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Construction industry preferred.
- Candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate preferred.
