Role Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AI video production workflows

• Coordinate editors, designers, and AI creators to ensure timely delivery

• Review video output and maintain quality standards

• Build and optimize AI video production processes

• Convert briefs, scripts, and ideas into clear execution plans

• Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables

• Ensure consistency in storytelling, pacing, and visual quality

• Create and edit videos when required

Requirements





• Strong understanding of AI-powered video production workflows

• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Nano Banana, and Google Flow

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Experience managing creative projects or teams

• Strong prompting, communication, and project management skills

• Good understanding of storytelling, content strategy, and creative execution

• Proactive, organized, and execution-focused
