Performance Creative Video Editor

We are looking for a Creative Video Editor who understands short-form content, audience psychology, and what makes people stop scrolling.

What you'll do:

- Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & ad creatives
- Create attention-grabbing hooks and robust first 3 seconds
- Add captions, B-rolls, motion graphics, transitions & sound design
- Convert raw footage into high-retention videos
- Create multiple creative variations for testing
- Research viral content trends and winning ad creatives
- Collaborate with our team on creative ideas
- Deliver projects within timelines

What we're looking for:

- Strong experience in short-form video editing
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing & retention




- Knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
- Ability to understand brand voice and audience psychology
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Someone who improves with feedback and takes ownership

Bonus points:

- Experience creating Meta/Facebook ad creatives
- Understanding of performance marketing
- Motion graphics skills
- Basic design skills (Photoshop/Canva)
- Interest in studying viral content & consumer behavior
