Manager – Performance Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing professional to lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in app performance marketing, user acquisition, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and other paid channels.
- Drive app installs, user acquisition, and customer growth initiatives.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CPI, CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing efficiency.
- Analyze marketing funnels and identify opportunities for conversion improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing experiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, creative, and business teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Identify emerging digital marketing trends and growth opportunities.
- Manage agency relationships and marketing budgets effectively.

Requirements





- 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Growth Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and App Acquisition campaigns.
- Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or similar tools.
- Experience in consumer internet, mobility, fintech, gaming, quick commerce, food delivery, or app-first businesses preferred.
- Robust analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in campaign optimization, funnel analysis, and customer lifecycle marketing.

Preferred Background

Candidates from companies such as Uber, Ola, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, PhonePe, Paytm, CRED, Groww, Dream11, Games24x7, or similar high-growth digital businesses will be preferred.
