Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE & F&O;) with scalable architecture and integration patterns.
- Build and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure Functions to automate business processes.
- Lead solution design workshops with clients, translating business requirements into technical specifications and architecture blueprints.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems (ERP, legacy apps, APIs) using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST/SOAP endpoints.




- Mentor junior engineers, enforce code quality via CI/CD pipelines, and document technical designs and deployment playbooks.
- Optimize system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices and security standards.
