· Minimum 3-10 years of field sales experience

• Solid local network within Karnataka/ Chhattisgarh

• Existing relationships with dealers, distributors or retailers

• Experience in Pumps, Motors, Electrical Products, Agricultural Inputs, Irrigation Products, Pipes, Building

Materials, Hardware, Industrial Products or Channel Sales

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

• Self-driven and comfortable with extensive field travel

• Ability to independently develop and manage territories

· Local language fluency (Kannada for Karnataka, Hindi/Local language for Chhattisgarh).

· Familiarity with government schemes and rural market selling.

Skills:- Sales, Marketing, hindi , kannadam, pumpdivision, motors, Electrical wiring, agriculture, irirgation , pipes, buildingmaterials and Hardware
