Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Guidewire implementations

Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud formation

Solid hands-on expertise in at least one Guidewire XCenter (any 2 is fine):

PolicyCenter

BillingCenter

ClaimCenter

Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire data model, and integration patterns

Experience with Guidewire Cloud architecture, deployment models, and cloud-based integrations

Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing readiness is critical)

Preferred Qualifications:

Guidewire certifications

P&C; Insurance domain expertise

Experience with APIs, integrations, and event-driven architecture

Agile/Scrum experience
