Job Summary

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures a comfortable, luxurious, and memorable stay experience for guests by adhering to the premium service standards of Trident Hotels.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards (making beds, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities).
- Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests efficiently, courteously, and within the given time.
- Follow proper procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Ensure proper usage and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering, Laundry) to ensure smooth operations.

- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome
