About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services and applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best coding practices.
- Implement object-oriented design principles and build robust, scalable architectures.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and ensure seamless integration with MySQL/Oracle databases.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper documentation of design, architecture, and implementation details.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Robust expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development.
- Good understanding of OOPs concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Java Streams.
- Proficiency in SQL with working experience on MySQL and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have (Optional)

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
