We are looking for a Guidewire InsuranceNow Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical implementation for InsuranceNow projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
- Support solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
- Conduct workshops and requirement clarification sessions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
- Strong knowledge of P&C; insurance domain.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Common Domain Requirement for All Roles
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
- Solid understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance processes.
- Experience in Policy Administration, Billing, and Claims lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
