Position: AWS DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to manage and automate cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS services, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and containerized environments.

You will work closely with development and operations teams to build scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for scalable applications
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Manage and optimize containerized environments (Docker / Kubernetes)
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Improve system security through best practices, IAM policies, and compliance controls
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues across environments
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline DevOps processes and workflows

Required Skills





- 3 to 5 years of DevOps / Cloud engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines)
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes / ECS / EKS)
- Familiarity with Linux administration and shell scripting
- Experience with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Understanding of networking concepts and cloud security best practices
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment

Nice to Have

- Experience working with high traffic production environments
- Knowledge of cost optimization in AWS
- Experience with serverless architectures
