Role & Responsibilities

- Lead the full lifecycle of interior design projects—from initial client briefs, spatial planning, concept development, to final handover—ensuring alignment with brand identity and functional needs.
- Create detailed 2D & 3D visualizations, mood boards, material palettes, and construction drawings using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to manage timelines, budgets, and quality control during execution phases.
- Source and specify furniture, lighting, finishes, and décor that meet aesthetic, ergonomic, and sustainability standards.




- Conduct site visits for measurements, progress reviews, and post-completion handovers to ensure design fidelity.
- Present design proposals confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine outcomes.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max or Lumion or D5
- Space planning
- Material specification
- Project coordination

Preferred

- Experience in commercial or corporate interiors
- Familiarity with sustainable design certifications (e.g., IGBC, LEED)
- BIM workflows
