Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years of experience in managing program/project related to large-scale Cloud and Automation in enterprise environments
Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have proven experience leading end-to-end cloud transformation and automation programs, including migration, modernization, and cloud-native adoption
Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience driving program governance, reporting structures, performance tracking, risk management, and vendor/contract management
Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience managing cross-functional teams (cloud engineers, DevOps, architects, vendors) using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong expertise in cloud computing and distributed systems architecture, with hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have robust expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar), and familiarity with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Mandatory (Skill) – Must have strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs
