We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist who can source and attract top talent in a high-volume hiring environment. The role involves supporting multiple business functions and building solid candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sourcing strategies using job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and share qualified candidates with recruiters.
- Maintain candidate data in the Recruiting Management System (RMS).
- Build strong talent pipelines using internal and external databases.
- Follow defined sourcing processes, SLAs, and delivery timelines.
- Stay updated with sourcing trends, tools, and market intelligence.
- Generate periodic reports on sourcing activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring teams effectively.
- Understand industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor landscape.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in sourcing using job portals and networking platforms.
- Any undergraduate degree.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and business understanding.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Taleo, SAP, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or related field.
- Experience in passive sourcing (AIRS techniques).
- Strong research skills (market mapping, competitor analysis, candidate research).
