Job Description: About the Role

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to handle procurement, vendor development, and negotiations. The role ensures timely supply, cost efficiency, and quality compliance to support smooth operations at our organization.

Key Responsibilities Vendor Development & Negotiation

- Identify and evaluate recent suppliers.

- Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Procurement Operations
- Source finished pharma products, packaging, and services.

- Ensure timely purchase order (PO) processing.

Quality & Compliance
- Ensure suppliers meet the company’s quality standards.

- Maintain purchase documentation for audits.

Inventory Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and minimize dead stock.

- Collaborate with stores, QC, and accounts for accuracy.

Cost Optimization
- Drive cost-saving initiatives in procurement.

- Suggest alternative vendors for better pricing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy / Supply Chain / Procurement

- 2+ years of procurement experience (pharma/chemical preferred)

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and vendor management

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
