Job Title: Senior Developer - Genesys Pure Cloud
Work Mode: Bangalore(BTM Layout)
Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (IST)
Salary: As per Market Standards

Position Overview:

Role: Professional Services Team Member for Genesys Pure Cloud Contact Center
Objective: Provide custom solutions and enhance platform features through customization.

Relevant Work Experience:

- 5-6 years in Software Development (Java/J2EE, Web Services - SOAP & REST).

- Experience with Genesys Pure Cloud Development, Salesforce Open CTI, Salesforce Lightning Development, IVR, Payment Gateway Integration.

- Expertise in CTI, Dashboard Design, and Contact Center solutions.

Major Activities:

- Custom solution design.

- IVR Call Flow Development.

- CTI Integration, Chat Bot Development.

- Salesforce/SNOW & custom API integration for data reading/upload.

- Conducting Analysis/Feasibility Study and preparing Scope of Work documents.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise:

- Languages & Technologies: Java/J2EE, Node.js, Python, SQL-Server.

- Platform & Integration: Genesys Pure Cloud, Salesforce Integration,



ServiceNow Integration, Custom CRM Integrations.

- Web Services: REST, SOAP, XML.

- Experience with IVR: Self-service IVR development, Speech-enabled IVR, Voice/Chat Bots.

- Cloud Contact Centers: Understanding of cloud-based solutions and backend systems integration.

- Additional: AWS Lambda, Payment Gateway applications knowledge.

Functional Expertise:

- Strong grasp of Genesys Pure Cloud and IVR/CTI applications.

- Solid Customer Management experience.

Behavioral Skills:

- Customer-centric mindset, strong business acumen.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex projects.

- Robust analytical/logical thinking and quick learning abilities.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

- BE/B. Tech (Computer Science/Telecommunication) or MCA.

Note: Candidates have to work from the Bangalore location for one month initially and then it will be remote.
