We are looking for a proactive Design Engineer to join our Mechanical team. This role focuses on product and part design using CAD tools, bill of materials (BOM) creation, and development of cutting-edge mechanical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of mechanical principles, technical drawing standards, and design documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed CAD drawings for components and assemblies
- Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects
- Assist in the design and development of new mechanical products
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to refine designs
- Ensure design compliance with technical and industry standards
- Document and maintain version control of designs and revisions
Requisites
- Sound understanding of mechanical parameters and systems
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel for data management and BOM creation
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in Mechanical Engineering
- Or minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical design or related field
