About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is strong in data, problem-solving, and turning insights into action.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with business, operations, product, and leadership teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive decisions using data.

You should be comfortable moving from “What is happening?” to “Why is it happening?” to “What should we do about it?”

This is not just a Data Reporting Role - You will own metrics here fully and drive them.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Data Analysis

- Analyze business performance across key metrics such as revenue, repeat, and operations
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data
- Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes in business performance
- Perform cohort, funnel, segmentation, and retention analysis
- Convert data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

Business Problem Solving

- Break down ambiguous business problems into structured questions
- Validate hypotheses using data and recommend solutions
- Evaluate new initiatives using impact and cost-benefit analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, repeat, and efficiency





Cross-functional Work

- Work with Product, Operations, CX, Tech, Finance, and Leadership teams
- Translate insights into actionable initiatives
- Define success metrics and track outcomes
- Support A/B testing and experimentation

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to automate or simplify reporting and analysis
- Improve data accuracy and reporting reliability
- Document key metrics, processes, and analytical logic

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of SQL
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns
- Understanding of business metrics such as funnels, retention, and unit economics
- Clear communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong candidates from other backgrounds with strong analytical ability are also welcome.
