Key Responsibilities HR Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations Maintain records related to PF ESIC PT LWF gratuity bonus and other statutory requirements Coordinate statutory audits and inspections Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation Monitor contract labor compliance and vendor documentation where applicable ERP HRIS Management Maintain accurate employee data in the ERP HRMS Manage employee onboarding transfers promotions and separation processes in the ERP Generate HR reports and dashboards from the ERP system Coordinate with the IT team and ERP vendor to resolve system issues Ensure data accuracy confidentiality and timely updates Payroll Attendance Support Verify attendance leave and overtime records Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data Resolve employee queries related to attendance leave and payroll records Employee Documentation Maintain employee personal files and digital records Prepare appointment letters confirmation letters transfer letters promotion letters and experience relieving letters Track probation confirmations and contract renewals Recruitment Employee Lifecycle Support Assist in recruitment coordination onboarding and induction Support employee engagement and HR initiatives Conduct exit formalities and maintain separation records Eligibility Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 25 years of experience in HR operations compliance and ERP HRMS Robust knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Handson experience with ERP HRMS software SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics Odoo or similar Good knowledge of payroll and attendance management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Strong analytical organizational and communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail
