Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Zoho One Developer to manage, customize, and automate business processes across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and third-party integrations.

You will play a key role in building scalable Zoho solutions, improving operational efficiency, and supporting cross-functional business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Platform Development & Customization

- Customize and configure Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics
- Develop and manage custom modules, fields, layouts, and page layouts
- Implement Blueprints for process automation and approvals
- Configure advanced workflow rules, assignment rules, and validation rules

Automation & Scripting
- Develop Deluge scripts for custom functions and automation
- Build Zoho Flow automations for cross-application workflows
- Design and manage end-to-end business process automation
- Implement scheduled functions and triggers

Integrations & Development
- Build and manage Zoho API integrations
- Integrate third-party applications (payment gateways, marketing tools, ERP, etc.)
- Develop Client Scripts, CRM Widgets, and Sigma Extensions
- Handle data sync, migration, and transformation

Reporting & Analytics




- Create dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics
- Build custom reports for business stakeholders
- Support data-driven decision-making

Administration & Deployment
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions
- Maintain security, access control, and compliance
- Support deployments, testing, and production releases
- Provide technical support and documentation

- Data migration & sync

Programming (Positive to Have)
- Python
- SQL
- C Programming

Soft Skills :
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Zoho Certification (Zoho CRM / Creator / Platform) – a plus
- Experience working with international clients
- Experience in handling multi-app Zoho One environments
