Its Hindi music label, RDC Melodies, develops original songs and visually engaging music videos by collaborating with emerging and established artists, managing the full lifecycle of releases from concept to monetization. RDC Melodies maintains an active presence on YouTube and Instagram, supported by RDC Media’s digital infrastructure.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, focused on managing and growing RDC Melodies’ YouTube channel. The role involves planning and publishing video content, coordinating with production and editing teams, and ensuring timely uploads aligned with content calendars and campaign goals. The YouTube Channel role includes optimizing video metadata, thumbnails, and playlists, monitoring analytics, and implementing strategies to improve reach,



watch time, and audience engagement.

The person in this position will work closely with marketing and artist management teams to align channel content with broader promotional plans, collaborate on cross-platform campaigns, and respond to audience feedback and trends. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining brand consistency, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines, and contributing creative ideas for new video formats and series.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience creating and managing music or entertainment content.

- Hands-on expertise with YouTube channel management, including uploading, optimizing, and organizing video content.

- Knowledge of Marketing for digital platforms, especially audience growth, engagement strategies, and campaign execution.

- Effective Communication skills for coordinating with artists, internal teams, and external partners.

- Familiarity with YouTube Studio, analytics tools, and basic SEO for video content.

- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet production and publishing timelines.

- Previous experience in music, entertainment, or digital media industries is an advantage.

- Relevant academic background in Media, Communication, Marketing, Film, or a related field is preferred.
