We are hiring in Position: Workshop Manager

Locaation: hapur

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Key Requirements

Mandatory experience in two-wheeler service centers.

In-depth knowledge of bike repair and workshop operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to handle customer queries and manage service quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily workshop operations.

Guide and manage technicians.

Ensure timely delivery of serviced bikes.

Maintain high customer satisfaction.

Technical Knowledge

Two-Wheeler Mechanics: Deep understanding of bike engines, electrical systems, and modern fuel-injection (FI) technology.

Diagnostic Skills: Ability to accurately troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and guide technicians.

Tool Expertise: Familiarity with modern garage equipment, pneumatic tools,



and diagnostic scanners.

Team Leadership & Operations

Floor Management: Managing the daily flow of bikes entering and leaving the service bays.

Staff Supervision: Assigning tasks, monitoring technician efficiency, and managing team schedules.

Quality Control: Inspecting repaired bikes to ensure they meet safety and dealership standards.

Customer Service & Administration

Customer Handling: Explaining repair needs, providing cost estimates, and resolving customer complaints.

Inventory Management: Tracking spare parts stock, ordering replacements, and minimizing waste.

Job Card Management: Creating and closing job cards accurately using workshop management software
