About SNACKUPP

SNACKUPP Health Foods is a growing Indian healthy-snacking startup focused on making better snacking healthy, tasty, crunchy and modern .

We are building a consumer-focused food brand and are looking for a WordPress Intern who can take ownership of our website, keep it updated, improve its performance and help create a better online experience for our customers.

This is a hands-on prospect to work directly with a growing startup and gain practical experience in WordPress, website management, e-commerce, SEO and digital growth.

? Role Overview

As a WordPress Intern , you will be responsible for managing and maintaining SNACKUPP’s website and ensuring that it remains updated, functional, user-friendly and aligned with our brand.

You will work closely with the founding and marketing team to improve website content, product pages, landing pages and overall website experience.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update the company’s WordPress website on a regular basis.
- Add, edit and update website pages, banners, images, products and content.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images and other e-commerce information.
- Create and update landing pages for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, responsive and easy to navigate.
- Identify and fix basic website errors, broken links and formatting issues.
- Improve website loading speed and overall performance.
- Implement basic on-page SEO practices such as titles, meta descriptions, headings,



URLs and image optimisation.
- Upload and manage blogs/articles on WordPress.
- Work with the marketing team to improve website content and conversion.
- Monitor basic website performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain website plugins, themes and basic WordPress settings.
- Ensure website content and design remain consistent with SNACKUPP’s brand identity.
- Support future website features, integrations and e-commerce improvements.

?️ Skills We’re Looking For

Must Have:

- Basic knowledge of WordPress.
- Understanding of WordPress dashboard, pages, posts and media management.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Good understanding of website structure and navigation.
- Basic understanding of SEO.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of tasks.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Google Search Console.
- Understanding of website speed optimisation.
- Basic knowledge of image optimisation.
- Familiarity with SEO tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
