About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled WordPress Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing and building modern, responsive, and user-friendly WordPress websites.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a good understanding of UI/UX principles, and practical experience with WordPress themes, page builders, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.

You will work closely with designers, developers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality websites that meet both client requirements and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop responsive WordPress websites based on client requirements and design references.
- Convert Figma, PSD, and XD designs into pixel-perfect WordPress websites.
- Customize WordPress themes, templates, and layouts according to project requirements.
- Work with page builders such as Elementor, WPBakery, and Gutenberg.
- Create and customize pages, headers, footers, menus, forms, widgets, and other website components.
- Ensure websites are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Implement basic animations, interactions, and visual effects where required.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and usability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress design, layout, responsiveness, and compatibility issues.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Manage website content, images, plugins, and basic WordPress configurations.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design systems.
- Work collaboratively with designers, developers, QA, and project managers.
- Stay up to date with the latest WordPress, web design, and UI/UX trends.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress website design/development.




- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Good hands-on experience with Elementor, WPBakery, and/or Gutenberg.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery.
- Experience converting Figma/PSD/XD designs into WordPress websites.
- Good understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX principles.
- Experience working with WordPress themes, plugins, widgets, and customization.
- Basic understanding of website performance and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and debugging.
- Good understanding of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Ability to understand design requirements and translate them into functional websites.

Good to Have

- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of PHP and WordPress template structure.
- Experience with custom WordPress theme development.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub.
- Experience with WordPress APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with website optimization tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix.
