About the Role

We are looking for a Wooqer Specialist Visual Merchandising to support the Visual Merchandising team in driving consistent execution of VM guidelines across stores through effective use of the Wooqer platform.

The role will be responsible for managing VM-related activities on Wooqer, monitoring store-level execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking compliance, and generating actionable insights to improve visual merchandising standards across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and administer Visual Merchandising activities on the Wooqer platform, including task creation, updates, tracking, and closure.
- Upload and maintain VM guidelines, planograms, visual assets, campaign communication, and execution briefs on Wooqer.
- Create and assign VM tasks to relevant stores/teams and monitor completion within defined timelines.
- Track store-level VM execution and ensure adherence to prescribed brand and visual merchandising standards.
- Review store submissions, photographs, checklists, and other execution-related data available on Wooqer.
- Identify gaps in VM execution and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely corrective action.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on VM compliance, task completion, store performance, and campaign execution.
- Follow up with regional/store teams on pending VM activities and ensure timely closure.
- Support the VM team in rolling out new campaigns, launches, seasonal displays, promotions, and other visual merchandising initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of store-wise VM activities, compliance, observations, and action points.
- Analyse Wooqer data to identify recurring execution gaps and provide insights to improve store-level VM effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Retail Operations, Marketing, VM, Regional Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of VM initiatives.




- Support periodic VM audits and maintain documentation related to store compliance and execution.
- Ensure timely communication of VM updates, changes, and execution requirements to relevant teams.
- Continuously improve Wooqer-based processes, reporting formats, and tracking mechanisms for better VM governance.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising and retail store execution.
- Hands-on experience with Wooqer or similar retail task-management/store execution platforms.
- Good knowledge of retail operations, store audits, planograms, displays, and VM guidelines.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret store execution data and identify trends and gaps.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and technology-enabled retail processes.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, Store Excellence, Retail Audit, or VM Execution.
- Prior experience working with Wooqer will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in a retail, fashion, jewellery, watches, eyewear, lifestyle, or consumer-facing brand environment will be an added advantage.

Education Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Design, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
