We are seeking an experienced Windows Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our enterprise Windows technology workplace. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional IT Infrastructure teams, you will balance high-impact project engineering with Tier-2/3 operational support. Your primary focus will be enhancing system reliability, optimizing performance through infrastructure redesigns, and ensuring seamless scalability across the firm.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Engineering &

- Architecture :
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise Windows Server infrastructure (2016/2019/2022), ensuring alignment with corporate standards and high-availability design principles.

Infrastructure

Optimization :

- Evaluate existing systems to identify bottlenecks, driving upgrades and re-architecting legacy environments for enhanced stability and throughput.

3. Tier-2/3 Operational Support :

- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing lasting remediation.

4. Directory &

- Identity Services :
- Administer and maintain Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, PKI, and hybrid cloud identity solutions (Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD).

5. Automation &

- Efficiency :
- Build robust PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, system deployments, and routine operational maintenance.

6. Patching &





- Compliance :
- Manage enterprise system updates, vulnerability patching (SCCM/MECM/WSUS), and security configuration baselines.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with Network, Storage, Security, and Cloud engineering teams to execute integrated, company-wide technology projects.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : 5 years of dedicated Windows Systems Engineering experience in an enterprise setting.
- Core Tech Stack : Advanced expertise in Windows Server OS, Active Directory architecture, GPO management, and core networking services (DNS/DHCP).
- Escalation Support : Track record of delivering Tier-2/3 support in high-availability enterprise environments.
- Automation : Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for operational automation and configuration management.
- Virtualization : Hands-on experience managing hypervisors (Hyper-V or VMware vSphere).
- Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to incident resolution.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience managing hybrid cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, Intune, M365).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, MCSE).
