We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who is serious about design, thinks beyond individual screens, and wants to become exceptional at their craft.

What You'll Be Doing

As a UI/UX Designer at Nolox, you’ll work across different brands, industries, and design challenges.

You’ll be involved from initial UX thinking to the final interface and development.

You won't simply receive a brief and design screens.

You'll be expected to understand the problem, challenge the brief, develop the right approach, and create the experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining UX thinking, visual design, interaction, strategy, and technology.

01 — Start With the Problem, Not the Screen

Before opening Figma, you'll be expected to understand:

- The client's business
- Their audience
- Business goals
- User needs
- Existing challenges
- Technical constraints

You'll turn vague requirements into clear design problems and identify opportunities to improve the overall experience. We want designers who think before they design.

02 — Turn Complex Problems Into Simple Experiences

You'll work across

- User journeys
- User flows
- Information architecture
- Wireframes
- Interaction models
- Prototypes
- Responsive experiences
- E-commerce journeys
- Complex content structures

Your job is to turn complexity into experiences that feel easy, intuitive, and intentional. 03 — Create Interfaces With Exceptional Craft

We care deeply about visual quality.

You'll be expected to have solid fundamentals in:

- Typography
- Layout
- Grid systems
- Spacing
- Visual hierarchy
- Colour
- Components
- Interaction
- Responsive design
- Design systems





The goal isn't to make something that simply looks good. It needs to work beautifully.

04 — Build Systems, Not Just Screens

You'll contribute to and create:

- Reusable components
- Design systems
- Interaction patterns
- Responsive rules
- Scalable UI structures

You'll think about how a design works today and how it can evolve tomorrow. 05 — Work With People, Not Just Pixels

You'll collaborate closely with:

- Creative Directors
- Brand Designers
- Developers
- Strategists
- Founders
- Clients

You'll present your thinking, explain your decisions, participate in design critiques, receive feedback, and iterate quickly. You should be comfortable saying:

"I don't think this is the right solution. Here's why."

And equally comfortable changing your mind when someone presents a better one.

06 — Take Your Design All the Way to Development

Your responsibility doesn't end when the Figma file is handed over.

You'll work closely with developers to ensure the final implementation reflects the design intent, details, responsiveness, and overall experience.

Understanding how websites are actually built is a major advantage.

Tools You'll Work With

Figma is essential.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other modern design tools is a plus.

We are a Noida-based team , and this is a remote, work-from-home role.

You'll work directly with our design and creative team while getting exposure to real projects, real clients, and real business problems.
