We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analyst skills to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

- Lead end-to-end delivery on enterprise custom CRM solution projects
- Translate client needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, and functional specs
- Manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution

What we're looking for:

✅ Proven experience as a Technical PM + Business Analyst (combined role)

✅ Excellent written & spoken English — client-facing role

✅ Strong experience writing/reviewing BRDs, FRDs, and requirement docs

✅ Comfortable working with enterprise clients — quality-first mindset

✅ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform is a strong plus
