As we expand to Chandigarh, we're looking for a Senior Digital Marketing & Social Media Trainer who is a robust practitioner and passionate about developing the next generation of digital marketers.

What You'll Do

- Conduct practical digital marketing & social media training
- Teach and demonstrate real-world strategies and tools
- Guide students through mock & live projects
- Review assignments, campaigns, creatives and student work
- Create assessments and provide actionable feedback
- Keep the curriculum updated with the latest industry & platform changes
- Mentor students on portfolios, interviews, freelancing and client handling

What You'll TeachSocial Media | Content Strategy | Instagram & Facebook | Meta Ads | Google Ads | YouTube | Lead Generation | Landing Pages & VSL | Analytics & Tracking | E-commerce | Shopify | AI Marketing Tools | Email Automation | Client Handling | Portfolio & Interview Preparation

You'll receive complete SOPs + 15 days of structured training to align with our curriculum and teaching methodology.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong practical knowledge of Social Media & Meta Ads
- Experience working on real campaigns/projects
- Excellent communication and teaching ability
- Comfortable working with beginners
- Strong practitioner mindset — you've done the work, not just studied it




- Open to continuous learning and curriculum improvement

Formal teaching experience is not mandatory. Strong practitioners who can teach effectively are welcome.

Our long-term target is for 90% of students to be actively working in digital marketing within 6 months through a job, freelancing or their own business.

Practice What You TeachAt HSIM, our trainers are practitioners, not just instructors.

Alongside teaching, you will actively work on HSIM Chandigarh's digital marketing activities, including:

- Planning and executing Meta Ads campaigns
- Managing and optimizing campaigns based on performance
- Testing audiences, creatives, offers and ad angles
- Tracking leads and campaign performance
- Analysing results and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Applying current industry practices to our student training

This means you'll continuously learn → execute → analyse → improve → teach.

The campaigns you work on will also provide real-world examples and learning opportunities for students.
