Wedding Experience Manager Premium & Destination Weddings

Location: Chennai | Experience: 3 - 8 years The Opportunity

Our wedding vertical is entering its next phase of growth, and we are looking for a high-energy, client-focused skilled who knows how to create exceptional experiences and make complex things happen.

You may come from hospitality, luxury hotels, travel & leisure, aviation, advertising, digital, experiential marketing, premium retail, customer experience or events.

Wedding experience is not essential. What matters is your ability to understand people, manage details, coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver an exceptional experience.

What You Will Do

- Manage client relationships and understand their expectations, preferences and vision.
- Convert requirements into detailed plans, timelines and action points.
- Coordinate with internal creative, project management and operations teams.
- Work with venues, dcor, production, entertainment, hospitality and other vendors.
- Contribute to concepts, mood boards, creative presentations and guest experiences.
- Manage budgets, quotations and vendor coordination.
- Participate in venue visits, rehearsals and on-ground execution of premium and destination weddings.
- Anticipate problems,



solve them quickly and take ownership through to completion.

What We Are Looking For

- 3 - 8 years in a client-facing, hospitality, marketing, project management, travel, luxury or experience-led role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A robust service mindset and good creative sensibility.
- Comfortable working with vendors and external partners.
- Calm under pressure and willing to take ownership.
- Curious about people, travel, design, culture and experiences.

A Reality Check This is not a conventional 9-to-6 role.
