Web & Marketing Sales Representative

LaunchUX is looking for a Web & Marketing Sales Representative to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who is interested in technology and digital marketing, but is also outgoing, personable, and comfortable building relationships with business owners.

You do not need to be a web developer or SEO expert. We are looking for someone who can understand our services, communicate their value to prospective clients, and help businesses determine which solutions are the right fit for their goals.

What You'll Do

As a Web & Marketing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business while also working with leads generated through LaunchUX's existing marketing efforts.

Responsibilities Include

Generate new sales leads through prospecting, networking, outreach, and relationship building

Follow up with inbound leads and guide prospects through the sales process

Meet with prospective clients to learn about their businesses, challenges, and marketing goals

Present website, SEO, and social media solutions

Prepare and follow up on proposals and opportunities

Maintain accurate records, opportunities, notes, and follow-up activities within our CRM

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Schedule periodic review meetings with clients to discuss performance, goals, and additional opportunities

Work with our internal web development and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to production

Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships

Is comfortable using a CRM and following a defined sales process

Can learn and explain websites, SEO, social media, and digital marketing concepts

Is motivated by goals and commission-based compensation

Can work independently while being part of a collaborative team

Understands that successful sales come from listening to clients and identifying the right solution for their needs

Previous sales or marketing experience is preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with strong communication skills, business experience, or a technology background who want to build a career in sales.

Compensation

This position includes

Competitive base wage $40,000

Generous commission on sales in addition to base compensation

Significant earning potential for someone who can consistently develop new relationships and close business
