Role Description The Website Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for managing and updating website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with TeenmeUP’s brand and mission. Daily tasks include coordinating content uploads, maintaining product and guidance pages, optimizing site navigation, and collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns and user experience improvements.

Coordinator monitors site performance, checks for broken links and formatting issues, and works with technical stakeholders to resolve basic website-related problems.



The role also involves supporting content scheduling, implementing SEO-friendly practices, and ensuring that the platform remains engaging and age-appropriate for its audience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Content Management skills, including organizing, updating, and maintaining web pages and product listings.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to create clear, age-appropriate, and engaging content for tweens, teens, and parents.
- Candidates should possess Web Design awareness, with the ability to work with layouts, visual elements, and user experience best practices.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate timelines, tasks, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and presenting updates or issues clearly.
- Relevant experience working on consumer-facing websites, e-commerce, or content platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), basic SEO principles, and analytics tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Design, Marketing, or Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and interest in youth, family, or education-focused products and services are advantageous.
- Should have worked on E-commerce website.
