We are looking for a passionate and detail-obsessed Web Developer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-scale, high-performance websites and internal/external web consoles that power critical parts of our platform. You’ll work closely with product designers and backend engineers to craft pixel-perfect, lightning-fast, and SEO-optimized web experiences.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Develop mobile-first,



mobile-friendly web experiences with excellent usability across devices
- Collaborate with design teams to translate Figma/mockups into pixel-perfect UIs
- Develop high-performance admin/ops/internal tools and customer-facing websites
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility , accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.

- Integrate frontend with backend APIs and handle dynamic data rendering efficiently.
- Optimize sites for SEO, Core Web Vitals, and performance best practices .

- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and testing
- Keep a pulse on user complaints and feedback to surface hidden quality issues.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5+ years of experience in up-to-date frontend development
- Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) , and React.js

.

- Demonstrated experience in building scalable web products with fast load times and smooth interactions..
- Obsession with design fidelity and visual polish — pixel perfection is a must.

- Awareness of modern dev workflows , Git, bundlers (Vite/Webpack), and browser dev tools

- Familiarity with tools like Lovable, Cursor, Framer, Storybook , or other next-gen frontend platforms.

- Experience/understanding of building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) for enhanced offline and app-like experiences is a plus

- Startup experience or working in 0→1 products is a huge plus.
