About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple and niche hiring requirements across technical and non-technical functions.

You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, identify the right talent, and drive the recruitment process from sourcing to closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Engineering, Sales, and Corporate roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Handle hiring for niche and specialized positions, including:
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- AI/ML & Emerging Technologies
- IT & Engineering
- Enterprise & IT Sales

- Corporate Functions
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring reports.
- Drive offer negotiations, follow-ups, and successful closures.




- Ensure timely fulfillment of assigned positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in IT or technology hiring.
- B.Tech/B.E. or MBA/PGDM qualification is mandatory.
- Stable career history is mandatory candidates with frequent job changes or multiple short tenures may not be considered.
- Solid hands-on experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and end-to-end hiring.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
