Auxilink Plastic Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Service Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical) who enjoys field service, machine installation, troubleshooting, and customer interaction. If you have experience with plastic auxiliary equipment, injection molding machines, chillers, dryers, loaders, dehumidifiers, or automation systems, we'd love to have you on our team.

What You'll Be Working On

As a Service Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers' machines operate efficiently with minimum downtime.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission plastic auxiliary machinery at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve machine performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults quickly and efficiently.
- Diagnose PLC-based and control panel issues where applicable.

- Service equipment such as

- Hopper Dryers

- Dehumidifiers

- Auto Vacuum Loaders

- Chillers

- Mould Temperature Controllers

- Granulators

- Mixers





- Centralized Conveying Systems
- Support customers with technical guidance during machine operation.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation after each visit.
- Coordinate with the service and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure timely installation, repairs, and customer satisfaction.

Who We're Looking For We're searching for engineers who enjoy fieldwork, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 25 years of experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Field Service Engineer
- Experience in the Plastic Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel for customer service and machine installation

Preferred Industry Experience Candidates from companies such as Shini, Bry-Air, Prasad Group, Wittmann, Piovan, Motan, Koch Technik, Labotek, or TNT will receive preference.
