Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, banking operations, payment processing, reconciliations, statutory compliance, treasury support, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage banking operations, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and credit card transactions.
- Process employee salaries, CT salaries, stipends, and FNF payments.
- Handle TDS, GST, PF, PT, and ESIC payments/compliances and maintain supporting records.
- Process and monitor guest refunds, failed payouts, and reprocessing of rejected transactions.
- Verify and process OTA/platform commissions and related reconciliations.
- Coordinate foreign remittances and required bank documentation.
- Maintain treasury control sheets, monitor bank balances, payments, withdrawals, and fund requirements.
- Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow statements and highlight funding requirements.
- Perform GST ITC reconciliation and follow up for pending/missing invoices.
- Maintain and reconcile Home Owner and Vendor Ledgers.
- Pass and maintain accurate Tally accounting entries, including salary, stipend, GST input,



electricity payable, HO expenses, and other transactions.
- Process utility payments such as telephone/telecom and electricity bills.
- Coordinate with banks, credit card teams, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in store inventory audits and assist in month-end/year-end book closure activities.

. Key Skills
- Robust knowledge of Accounting & Finance operations.
- Working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESIC.
- Knowledge of banking, payment processing, reconciliations, treasury, and cash flow.
- Strong analytical, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work within strict timelines.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience: 24 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in banking operations, payment processing, taxation, reconciliation, and Tally will be preferred.
