Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Consultant with 23 years of experience in automobile sales. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their requirements, explaining vehicle features, generating leads, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and generate sales leads through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and insurance options.
- Arrange and coordinate vehicle test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.




- Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, offers, and competitor products.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements
- 23 years of experience in automobile sales or a related sales role.
- Experience with car dealerships/automobile showroom sales will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Willingness to work in a customer-facing showroom environment.

Compensation 2.0 LPA – 3.5 LPA + Incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have experience in automobile dealerships, passenger vehicle sales, commercial vehicle sales, or automotive retail will be preferred.
