Job Summary

Built Together is looking for a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to oversee the execution, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across infrastructure and construction projects. The candidate will ensure MEP activities are completed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise MEP works at construction project sites.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Plan and monitor installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other building services.
- Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
- Monitor daily site activities, work progress, quality, and productivity.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil and structural works to avoid clashes and delays.
- Identify technical issues at site and provide effective solutions in coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Verify material requirements, technical submittals, and installation quality.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning,



and ensure proper handover of MEP systems.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
- Maintain site reports, inspection records, progress reports, and other project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in MEP execution, preferably in infrastructure, commercial, residential, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, site execution, and construction coordination.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and site management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of relevant construction standards, codes, and safety practices.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in infrastructure and construction projects will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
